If you are reading this maybe you, or perhaps a loved one or child, are struggling to find your way.
Perhaps you can’t seem to be able to see the wood for the trees right now.
If so then looking for help can also be a bewildering experience, asking who can really help me, who will be able to understand?
I bring a wealth of professional and personal experience to help you find your way. I have been working in the South West supporting individuals and families in a wide range of roles since 2004, and have been working therapeutically as a counsellor with individuals since 2014.
The most important focus of my counselling practice is the quality of relationship that I bring to my work. Confidential, safe, warm, caring, entirely without judgement, supportive and honest.
It is through the bringing together of my experience, training and this relationship that I hope to be able to be person who really can understand, and help you find your own way.
To finally be able to see the wood for the trees.
I work with Adults, Young People and Children, and have experience working with a wide range of difficulties, over several different settings, including family centres, youth centres and schools, in addition to working in private practice.
I also have significant experience supporting members LGBTQI+ community, including working with trans / non-binary identities. I am passionate about this work, and alongside my professional experience working in this area, I bring with me many years of my own lived experience.
I am available for short term focused work, to make the best use of time, or for longer term work as required.
Appointments are offered in Stroud and Cheltenham town centres including some evenings and Saturday mornings.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you would like to ask.
